Sounds like a wise move Bill, while L405 prices are still strong.

Enjoy the collection on Monday Thumbs Up Thumbs Up

Have you taken delivery of your PHEV now, LeunamRR? If not yet - any news when it will be delivered?

Unfortunately not yet 😖! The new date is the 25th of this month…🤞

I understand from another forum there’s a lot of JLR transporters on the way to Southampton filled mostly with new Range Rovers! Let’s hope mine is in one of those…🤞🤞🤞 Proud owner of a P440e SE, Belgravia Green

I'm pretty sure that no customers have taken delivery of a PHEV yet.

You'll know when they're being delivered, as they'll begin to appear for sale on UK's Autotrader website, together with the other 100+ L460's currently being offered for sale on there.

My PHEV, which has been on order since 27 Jan 22, is still in the holding pool.
My dealer does not have any more info.
I am hoping for October or November, but time will tell. Cheers,
Ricky510e

Ordered:
P510e ATB
Silicon Silver, Shadow Pack, Style 5127 wheels
Ebony + Extended Perlino Interior
Deployable Side Steps

Snap Ricky.......

I originally placed an order for a P530 last September. I then changed the order to a P440e in March of this year, which saw me moved to the back of the queue and still sees me floating round in a holding pool, same as you, not even slotted yet!

I have so little faith in the dealer, that I've recently ordered a second car from another dealer, this time a P510e..... It'll be interesting to see which one comes first.

They appear not to have any clue as to when they can build any more P530s.

I think the factory shut down hasn't helped with the flow of information or car's for that matter, my car's stuck there with no hope or little hope of it being delivered in time for my holiday next week so I share your pain.

Of the few P530s hey are building it seems as if the US is getting the lion's share. I suppose this makes sense as that market is probably predominantly V8 whereas in UK and Europe it will be low volume. They need to keep a reasonable supply of cars flowing to all markets during the component shortage, so UK and Europe get mainly diesels and PHEVs and other markets the P400 and P530.

I don't expect to see mine this year now, but I will be past the summer driving season soon where my RR would have seen the most use so I am not bothered. I would rather they sort out the growing list of teething troubles and bring in some new colour and wheel options before I get mine. I am also not keen on having one that's been sat in field or car park for weeks part built and waiting to be finished.

I'm also hoping for some new colours 5.0, the current choices are pretty poor.

I'm also hoping that the option to select clear glass will be added, rather than being forced to accept privacy glass, as is currently the case on the P440e LWB.

When privacy glass is a £475 option on some models, why can't I simply remove it at no charge. If it's more expensive for JLR to source, you'd think they'd want customers to go for the clear option!

Makes no sense to me.

It is fair to say they have made a pigs ear of the whole launch from start to finish.
6 530 first edition on Piston Heads for sale by flippers but people who crave a keeper cant get theirs.
Do a special edition that don't meet peoples wants so are bought by profiteer's to sell on to people with enormous egos.
This is what happens when you employ bright young things with amazing degrees and qualifications who are totally outstandingly useless.
Rant over. letters not necessarily in the right order

Completely with you Dixy.

Although only 6 P530's on Pistonheads, there's 10 on Autotrader!!

And of course there's a further 92 cars available of different L460 variants, obviously all sold to "genuine customers".

Will they sell at inflated prices…… ? keeping track is the hard part. I think not.

As posted in another thread. I was told 3,000 cars are waiting for ‘bits’ will be delivered by the time the factory re-opens after the holiday. Filters are in fact so good that in certain circumstances, when the ambient air is already polluted, a diesel car will tend to extract more particles from the air than it emits. Emissions Analytics worked with........etc etc

I think my car is awaiting 'bits' too but no-one will confirm that. I think the factory went back this week so I'm hopeful mine will get completed soon.

There is some new information about the current ordering constraints at the rangerover.net site: https://www.rangerovers.net/threads/offici...er.354245/
Not very promising...
