just over a month ago i filled up at a super u and paid 1.95 euro which at the time converted to around £1.84..

€1.77 actually works out to £1.58/ltr at €1.12 to the £ which was the rate I got from Tesco.

Yoy got raped on the exchange rate though and using i1.12 is not really the case |

The better way to put that across would have been to say there’s a better exchange rate from xxxxxxxxx and that would work out to £x.xx/ltr.

1.77 is very good - still in the mid 1.80's near me but does seem to be progressively reducing (from over 2 EUR). So much so that I'm actually holding off filling the car up until it really needs it |

I agree about Wise - they give good exchange rates. I've been using them for many years now, since the days they started as TransferWise. I have accounts in £££ and €€€ and a debit card with them - use the card abroad in foreign currency!
