I used to do drone training courses for commercial operation (Skeyetrain), I sold the company and retired.
If you want to fly under 250g i.e. Mavic Mini then you dont need any course. Above 250g then you do, forget A2CofC it's a pointless qualification due to the U turn in C marking. GVC is the one to do.
Jon Parker is a good gut, Flyby has a good reputation they do seem to be putting all of their efforts into BVLOS at the moment and doing very well with it.
There are a few other RAE's, a list is available on the CAA website, 'Pigs can Fly' is a noticeable one, its run by police officers (I kid you not).
