2017 range sport auto. V8 sup.

I installed my hitch and electric plug.

I thought it was plug and play.

But my trailer has no power, I read that the dealer had to activate the tow?
I also test it some old lights, since my trailer has leds.
Still no go, had a trip for early morning now cant go.

This sucks. Trip to the stealership.
