2018 will have the facelift, different (better?) seats and different entertainment system, reputedly ‘buggy’. Would you pay up to £15k fir different seats?

That's what is bugging me 15 k for seats? The infomat is more touch screen to get anywhere,
Coming form to an L322 may be a too bigger jump.

Is there going to be a £15k gap between them by the time you come to sell?

Not that any of us get into this for the money 🤣…. But it’s a big gap.

£15 is a nice 4.4 TDV8 L322 🤣

You prob need to sit in them both… assuming they will drive the same… and judge the differences for yourself. I can’t imagine any Range Rover seat being “uncomfortable”, so as you say, it’s a lot for a seat…

2018+ It looks better externally, has a great nav system which you can update each month if you subscribe and has traffic etc. https://landrovershop.here.com/web/WFS/HA-...wDownloads

Pre face lift, have a terrible Nav system
The touchscreen duo has 2 screens and looks great, the screens were a bit buggy when first out but by now after several updates most are now bug free I would think.
It has Ultra wide band technology making it more secure -- Google it
The Incontrol app gives you guardian mode which alerts you if alarm goes off or door/window is opened.

This has been discussed before so do a search on here 2018 SE SDV8 4.4 Byron Blue
