Forgot to say, rear child locking was fine before it went into main dealer for new earth stud on n/s/f. They had to charge the battery as it was flat. Could it be something they have done or a result of flat battery? It seems strange that the IID fault is suggesting both child locking motors have failed….. |

It sounds like either there is an earth left off somewhere or the locks are operating inconsistently due to a battery disconnect.

Can’t find anything on the IID tool about calibrating doors etc.

That's good news, I'm still convinced it was a plausibility error, maybe one of the rear doors was open when they disconnected the battery and closed when they reconnected it? Who knows - anyway, it's fixed now! |

Hi @kgeddes, I am having the same issue as you described, rear passenger doors are not opening from inside and sometimes window won’t roll dow or Up. Could you please guide me what needs to be done on this issue. Child lock is off and I am seeing the same error message as you have posted. I am having Rangerover Autobiography 2015 model.

Hi @kgeddes I have observed that the control module inside the door is causing that fault issue.
