Ive had a full service done on mine after collecting it from previous owner, coolant flushed and new, zircon regassed. Then it went into bodyshop for that dreaded rust in rear sills and inner arches. Its a fantastic car, eats the miles I do without issues, fuel can be emotional when filling up, but if I wanted sensible id have got a Skoda. There's loads you can do to it to give it a bit more grunt, pulley or map etc. If you want something that will take 5 people without breaking a sweat then do it

I still prefer my L322 v8 but with impending ulez this will have to do for now until I find a good s/c fullfat

The post 2015/16 diesel complies with ulez . I drive into london occasionally. 4.4L .

Intending to buy a 460, and I’m probably going diesel again. Simply depends on availability, will one become available or will I fall off my perch first ?

Good luck Filters are in fact so good that in certain circumstances, when the ambient air is already polluted, a diesel car will tend to extract more particles from the air than it emits. Emissions Analytics worked with........etc etc

He who dies with the most toys wins...

Still have my L322 m62 v8 and the rrs supercharged is almost upto a standard I can let the wife drive now but she really doesn't want to give up her d3. New boots going on this week then just the supercharger snout to rebuild as the bearing is rattling.
Am trying to get ulez approval on the m62 hopefully it goes threw and I get to keep that

If you're removing the Supercharger to do the snout bearings you might as well do the case bearings at the rear whilst it's removed and stripped too Smile

My charger is now silent after the rebuild whereas before it was noisy.

Upon first start it was noisy for about 20 seconds presumably whilst the oil got around it but it settled to silent perfectly!
