I’ve taken the plunge and ordered a second battery wiring kit ready to install a 2nd battery in the boot floor area. Can anyone that’s maybe done this already advise on battery dimensions and ratings they have used for this?  Cheers, Steven.

Have you checked the WIKI or done a search? What do you need a 2nd battery for? 2012 TDV8 Vogue (L322)

I used the one that came from the front of my car as I thought it was the problem and then turned out not to be, that was a Bosch S5013 Type 019. (Mine is a 2004, but I assume boot recess should be the same in the range)

Dimensions are 353 (L), 175 (W), 190 (H)

I did actually wonder about whether that would work, thinking that if I’m going to the expense of a new battery could I put the new one up front where it’d probably be more sensible to do so… think I’ll take out my current one to try it out for size!  Cheers, Steven.

Yes, sorry missed that! I’m looking at doing a bit of overlanding/travelling and want the options of the extra power source… Cheers, Steven.
