United Kingdom 2015 Range Rover Autobiography SDV8 Loire Blue
L322 to L405

Having owned my 3.6 Vogue SE for nearly 6 years I was in a position to replace it with a 4.4 L405. I managed to find a Loire blue Autobiography that had been cosseted by the previous keeper and that had the 1700w sound system that was a must have for me.

I’m 10 days into ownership and am stunned every time I get into it how incredible the car is.

I considered buying a late L322 4.4 but am so glad I went for this.

If you’re wondering about whether to make the jump I can fully recommend it.

Regards

Nice to hear SH. I'm contemplating the same move.

Do it, you won’t regret it. I went from a 2010MY 3.6 to a 2016MY 4.4, both SE spec. The 405 is better in most ways, although the lights don’t seem as good and I hate the rotary gear selector. Minor gripes in the scheme of things though. Had mine for getting on for 4 years and had no issues at all.

With you on this Andy, love the L405 and its in a league of its own over the 3.6 l322, except for the headlights they are quite poor. I did get used to the rotary gear leaver and even like it now, but it did take a while Laughing
