Not sure how this happened yet, but my passenger door won’t open, from the outside or inside, all other doors work fine, tried battery disconnect, can't check the fuse as you can’t lower the glove box to access the fuse box due to the door being closed, suspect its the module or actuator but can’t access it
anyone any idea how to get this door open

I had a similar issue with the front passenger door - same symptoms as you - wouldn't open from the inside or outside. Did a lot of searching and eventually found some Land rover site in the US that suggested this is a problem with the soft close doors and can be fixed with ECU update. I checked and although my car didn't have any ECU faults the GAP tool did indicate that an update was available for the passenger front door module. I contacted Patrick at GAP and he sent me an ECU flash for the door module which I applied. Initially that didn't work but I then did the ECU reset (battery terminals) and that cleared the fault. I'm not sure if an ECU reset would have cleared the fault (might be worth trying that first) without the ECU flash but the combination seems to have worked.

My son sees this at work and with SSD they can open the doors.

My right rear door would not unlock without cycling the electronic child locks. I replaced the door latch in the door with a used one from EBay from a parts donor. No more issues.
