Hi all,

The alternator, as well as the A/C compressor, have both failed.

Original LR parts are 3-4x as expensive as Denso (alternator) and Nissens (AC compressor).

Does anyone know who delivers these respective parts to LR and is there any point in paying the premium for the original LR parts?

I´ve only used oLR parts in the extensive list of replacements before, but these items feels like a ridiculous difference in price.....

Denso supply the alternator and starter to JLR

Some models had Denso AC compressors too.
And Nissens condensers fit just fine

i fitted a Nissens AC compressor and it works a treat no issues 2012 Vogue 4.4 TDV8 - Current
