United Kingdom 2004 Range Rover Autobiography 4.4 V8 Java Black
Rear door lock stopped working

Hi guys, on my 2012 L322 the rear driver side door no longer locks and unlocks either via key or locking button. I can lock and unlock the door via the locking tab/door handle so the mechanism seems okay but perhaps the door lock actuator has failed - is this a common fault and how much could I expect to pay for a new part? Any advice much appreciated. 2004 4.4 Autobiography - gone

Not sure if exactly the same part, but had to replace both rear door locks on my previous TD6 due to this. I’m assuming the later cars have the same setup…

Was about £100 a door fitted if I recall correctly.

That was a good few years ago though….
