TV Screen removal

I am looking at a RR Autobiography which comes with the tv screens that are mounted to the rear of the front seats (Not the headrest ones).

Are these easy to remove and replace with a inconspicuous blanking panel or speaker?

I can only seem information on the headrest versions.

Thanks for the help as always

Can I ask, Why do you want to remove the screens ? I would not think it would be a easy task as they tilt / move as the front seats do, so expect there is a complex mechanism in the seat back and also these are wired up to a slave and master controller ( under N.S.F seat) that would need to be disconnected. These units talk to a lot of other units in the car like the Center info display, radio etc. if disconnected May cause fault codes and other parts of system not to work. Not tried it but that’s what I think.

Thanks. I have got used to them now. I wouldn't neceserily spec them but I think it's just the fact I am not used to seeing them that put me off.
