I'd say thats Belgravia Green, BRG is a lot brighter than that, I had specc'd it then dropped as it doen't look great on this car IMHO.

Thanks AndyS and 5.0 - I thought it looked too bright and metallic to be Belgravia.

I'm still really struggling to choose a colour on this car.......

This is a good video of Belgravia. Shows it in the sun and inside.

Thanks for that 5.0 - It was good to see the car, but I can't stand to listen to this mans voice.

On a different note, where do these parasites get all these Range Rovers from?

I can only assume that they've got one or two main dealer sales managers in their pockets, and they're indirectly sourcing cars with third parties placing the orders.

To be honest, regardless of the cost, I wouldn't buy a car of this shifty bunch - Just my opinion......

I mute the sound when I watch all these videos (except Harry's Garage). Most of the presenters are irritating for one reason or another. Laughing

Autotrader has about 25 L460s on at the moment. Amazingly there seems to be no shortage of people willing to pay a 10% premium to have one now rather than wait, as they appear to be selling. I could understand paying overs for a limited run supercar but it's only a Range Rover at the end of the day!

I can't think these traders are getting all the cars direct from dealers. Some must be private owners that have got an early factory spec model and are just looking to cash in. Acklam and the like are just taking a cut for handling the sale.

I'm just surprised that Acklam seem to be getting so many, there's lots of dealers out there, why sell to them.

I completely agree though 5.0, I wouldn't pay over the odds for a Range Rover. I'm not that desperate to be seen in a new one. More importantly, there will be issues we've these new cars, so it's going to be a slow learning curve for the main dealer technicians, discovering these fixers.

To be honest, I'm happy for that to be with other peoples cars. Hopefully by the time mine arrives, the Technicians will at least have some answers and experience of this new model.

United Kingdom 2019 Range Rover Vogue SE SDV8 Santorini Black

Had a traumatic weekend pondering colours again after seeing the local demo in Charente Grey outside on a dull day. It looked dull brown and uninspiring. This was the colour I had ordered after seeing it in a showroom, so it was back to square one googling photo’s of various colours in the daylight.

Eventually I decided it was between Carpathian and Eiger Grey. Dropped in at the dealers on Monday and they had various LR models including a new RR, in Carpathian, Charente and Eiger next to each other in the window under natural light. Took my wife too.

I really like Carpathian and have had two beforehand, plus have a Santorini RR presently, so fancied a change and went for Eiger. Now that’s a £895 saving that obviously couldn’t go wasted so up graded the wheels to 23” Smile

The changes have been confirmed meaning I’ve now ordered Eiger Grey with dark atlas and black wheels like the one in this thread, except mine has the Perlino interior:

Anyone hazard a guess as to the exterior colour in this video?

I’ve been all over the standard colour palette and haven’t been able to choose something I liked, something it appears quite common from feedback on here. I’ve tried staying away from the normal culprits I.e Grey/Black/ Silvers but liked the look of Lantau bronze with a black roof and charcoal pack. Still shows the rear design off well so, after approval from the kids who said it was “modern looking” Evil or Very Mad Wink Whistle Whistle I amended my order and sent it over on the basis that I’ll probably change it in a few days and go normal again Laughing
Trouble is I’ve had second thoughts but my order’s been locked in when I checked so now unsure if I’ll like it.
Last time this happened I fretted for weeks when I’d ordered a new 911 in Baltic blue with white wheel inserts but when that car arrived it looked really good but it was the late 80’s.
I’m hoping it will turn out alright but you can’t see them in the flesh so the fretting begins Smile I suppose it could be wrapped Whistle

Well done for taking a risk and not having grey. Your combo is one that I would love to see in the metal as I think it could work really well.

I am currently playing it safe with my order and have gone with BRG, but I am not convinced.

I am looking forward to seeing some different customer spec cars on the road to get a better feel for what looks good. I have now given up all hope of getting an early car even though I ordered almost a year ago but at least I may get the chance to change to a better colour when I see one on the road that looks good. Your combo may be just the one!

Do we know if the BRG is the same BRG as the L405 Premium Palette colour (ie paint code 2241)?
