Sounds like good advice, thanks. Not measured mine up properly yet and I know to move the bonnet right up but there is a device attached to the front of the battery compartment that may need to be moved to enable the battery to lift out.

As I say not too sure about this as I've not tried yet but is this right ?

I checked readings on the battery, all ok but still getting the old 'battery low' message after leaving the doors open for a few minutes, however I have now discovered how to overide the interior lights ( press and hold the switch for 3 sec's ) which helps.
Despite all this happening the car always starts and having left it on the drive locked for 7 days while on holiday recently it started first time on my return Very Happy I think this indicates battery OK really ? RR owner
