RSE DVD autochanger problem

Decided to try out the RSE in my car for the first time only to discover that the DVD autochanger appears not to have any power. Disk cartridge won't eject. no light on the eject button and no "whirring" of any description!

After having discovered my TMC module had been mysteriously unplugged when I got the car, I decided to see how easy it would be to check the power connections on the autochanger, but short of taking every bolt and screw out, I can't see any way way to check this.

Anybody get any hints? I know this is an Alpine unit, but is it on the MOST bus? If so, I'm sure if it had no power the whole bus wouldn't work as there would be no "out" light from the unit into the "in" of the next unit on the bus.

Suggestions on a postcard please!

Edit, managed to get the blue eject light on by selecting DVD from the touch screen, so there's power, but still no eject of the cartridge............. Got - 2017 SDV8 Autobiography in Loire Blue

is there no signs of life, does it not even take the cartridge in..you should be able to get your hand up the back to see it it has the power lead plugged in... V8 facelift Range Rover Autobiography 22" wheels.

Sorted! Turned out the eject button was broken and wasn't hitting the microswitch!

There was no way my hand would fit up the back! Censored

cheers for the suggestion! Got - 2017 SDV8 Autobiography in Loire Blue
