Actually the L460 configurator doesn't state hot stone for the "standard" AB front seats either, only in combination with rear exec class "comfort" & "comfort plus" although I don't know if this is in fact correct:

That is correct, SSE, massage rear seats (incl hot stone) is only available with the comfort and comfort plus seats - that was the information we got. And if you want hot stone in the front seats, you'll have to tick off comfort / comfort plus rear seats. You cannot get massage rear seats without the comfort/comfort plus option.
