Update.

Went for an Alpicool CF45. Same unit seems to come under a few brands.

Initial impressions are good. Reduces temperature well and gets down to -19 from around +15 within 30 mins and retains the temperature well. Not a lot of noise at all and has gimmicky Bluetooth to control it - means you can keep an eye on the temperature.

Can report back that it worked exceptionally well.

8 bags of frozen raw dog food - arrived at destination and it was still perfectly frozen.

4 packs of decent butter, 2 cans of coke and a whole side of smoked salmon also kept refrigerated in the fridge compartment without issue.
