I cannot for the life of me get a photograph that shows the BG colour as it truly is…

Totally agree. But then, all cars look better without so-called privacy glass, particularly larger cars, which start to look like vans. What a peculiarly British affliction the monstrosity of drug dealer glass has become.

Personally, I think it would look better without the privacy glass

Slightly surprised but pleased to see that green is the favoured colour.

I thought that his McGovern-ness (brilliantly described recently by Richard Porter as a "fop-collared, mirth-vacuum") had completed his putsch and eradicated green from the palettes as it fuelled his metropolitan hatred of the Land Rover brand.

Intriguingly, #MGGA is all over Insta - hard to find a GT3 Touring in any other colour (mine - when it finally arrives - will be Oak Green Smile )

No wonder we are finding it hard to choose colours - here is another picture of Belgravia Green. In the sun it couldn't look more different to the pictures Christonabike kindly shared above!

A number of you have commented that you would like Land Rover to offer more colours in mid-tones to show off the detail better than darker colours. Interested to know what you think of this car in Varesine Blue? Appreciate it is an SV only colour.

I wonder why Belgravia Green is the favoured colour in the poll on this thread? Is it because this particular green shows as "greyish" in most lights and people (subliminally), think that's what it is....grey!

I have always had green JLR cars (except my present Carpathian)and if one looks on LR Approved or Autotrader etc, green is by far the least popular. My BRG car was the only one on Autotrader when I sold it and it sold in 3 days! I bought my Carpathian this time because I was not prepared to pay an extra £4k just for paint again!!

I see though that this Belgravia Green hasn't got the premium price tag. All LR cars from 1984

That is actually quite nice, FB - and would look even better with clear glass Smile .

I'm very pleasantly surprised that, after a few years away from this forum, there is a greater appreciation of colours other than black (which isn't technically a colour at all, of course).

A few years ago, when we were looking for our current TDV8 AB and all that was available was variations of grey and seemingly umpteen different versions of black, one dealer excitedly emailed to me to say that he had a car in "triple black" (presumably to ape the feel-good of those delicious choccy biscuits sold in M&S and Waitrose) - wheels, exterior, interior, plus darkened glass. It looked like something that had escaped from Line of Duty.

Wow - I’ve been waiting for a colour that I “needed” as the existing ones don’t really blow me away -

That looks really nice

It is interesting, isn't it? I mentioned yesterday that green cars generally are much more popular in posts on Insta. Many of you will know the account GreenOverTan which is celebrates new and old. And there's an account that focuses on Touring-spec GT3s (niche, granted) which is seemingly wall-to-wall green cars of various Porsche PTS hues. My read is that it's a genuine appeal of green - they just look good.

I quoted yesterday Sniff Petrol's great description of McGovern - prior to this launch, I think, green was only available as you say as a very expensive extra-cost option on the RR and RRS, not available at all on the Disco (!), Velar or other ranges. I guess as Green has become Great Again, LR has moved with the times.

Like you, we've always had green LR product; had a 17 model-year RRS V8 (non-SVR!) with the light tan interior, clear glass. It looked great, quite subtle, did everything and only moved it on when the usual front-end gremlins resulted in knocks, rattles and general grumbling at around 40k miles.

Looks like a nice spot for a cold drink Thumbs Up

The paint colour reminds me of a slightly darker version of Byron blue

I think it’s an amazing colour - we’ve been very dull and stuck with BRG. But, if we were more adventurous this would be right at the top of the list.

Subjective, of course…

Test drove a D350 HSE today, fabulous car and in dynamic mode cross country, felt it handled more sweetly than my RRS HST P400 (MY21) - the D350 engine suits the car and is very quick! Here's a picture of a customers car awaiting delivery in Belgravia Green (the only other 2 were Santorini Black).

Looked totally different in the flesh today and much closer to the last post with pictures in the green, really hard to relate what it truly looks like, but like the look with the black wheels.

Dealer confirmed they are only getting factory spec cars through slowly, no customer bespoke orders are being delivered yet or have a timescale. Have updated my order to a P440e HSE, who knows when it might arrive, although I'm not in any rush!

Thanks for posting the pics! Funny how Belgravia Green looks different in almost every photo I've seen of it.

I'm really not a fan of the black wheels and privacy glass, so that probably doesn't help my thinking.

Like many here, I've still not seen a car exactly in the spec I've ordered. I've not even seen a car with 22" wheels yet. 2024 Range Rover P550e AB

I let the wife choose the colour. Takes the stress away, avoids a discussion, and then she feels she has made a contribution!

I prefer the green , to heck with the resale value , you will live with it for 3-5 years, may I suggest you choose the one you fancy.
As an aside green used to be considered an unlucky colour for a car. Probably false news mr Ford put out as he sold any colour as long as it was black. Filters are in fact so good that in certain circumstances, when the ambient air is already polluted, a diesel car will tend to extract more particles from the air than it emits. Emissions Analytics worked with........etc etc
