The hose going onto the High-pressure pump is prone to leak. Easy fix, undo the Jubilee clip, pull off hose, snip off 1/4 inch and refit. 2007 TDV8 VSE

So day off today up early to look for leak, having stripped everything away wheel arch liner, heat shields ect couldn't find any pipe leaking.

So having took the filter off, and disconnected the sensor. I undid the black plastic insert, which goes into the housing. Once removed I found a black rubber seal, took it out cleaned it up and upon close inspection it had a little crescent shaped "nick" in it about where the drain must have been. So as a quick fix I've put in a fiber washer the same size as the original rubber one on top of it, tightened it up, refitted it, connected the pipework up, and turned the engine on, so far there's no leak.
