5.0 sc cant we have both rr & jag maybe in a differant colour

Ahem, well we do. Wifey has the XF 30.D S Premium Luxury in Claret red and I have the FFRR TDV8 VSE in Stornoway grey.

All my cars come from a Jag main agent including the Range. They're part of a large group so have access to almost anything. DP is a top bloke and often lends me exotica. Most recent was the XKR but back in Feb he managed to get me an Aston Rapide for the weekend.

The XFR is an awesome car indeed although I found it a bit tiresome round towns. A bit too eager, kind of like a dog snapping at your ankles egging you on. Mind you, compared to the M5 I drove it was positively serene in the Jag.

Had plenty of R's in the past though, XJ's, S Types and XK convertible. Effin' awesome.

There's summat about British engines and superchargers......Probably got a lot to do with Spitfires Very Happy

Yes I have had both new and older XKR's, Several 4.2 SC RR's and a great S Type "R" that went like the clappers.

My favourite engine which is why I am guessing the 5.0l S/C must be just wonderful Very Happy

So you can buy one with about the depreciation on the Supercharged FFRR over 4/5 years? Wink
I have to say, 4.7 seconds is effin good acceleration for a 2WD fairly heavy family car.
Shocked

Hells bells, I'm impressed by this diesel one too!
- Power: 275PS
- Torque: 600Nm
- Acceleration: 0-60mph in 5.9 seconds
- Fuel consumption (combined cycle): up to  44.8 mpg (6.3 litres/100km)
- CO2 emissions: 169g/km
