All remote features are disabled while in Gaurdian mode. Agueroooooooooo. 93-20

Guardian mode is in the security tab (where it tells you Alarm status doors and windows etc are open/closed)
At the bottom you will have switch for Vehicle lock reminders and another for Guardian mode.

Guardian mode monitors your vehicle and provides an alert any interference occurs. The alert is on your phone like a text/push notification.
This includes events--vehicle being unlocked, vehicle being started, doors are opened etc

I have had several calls when I have had it enabled and forgot and unlocked and opened the car as its linked with JLR tracking company.

I use it every night as you can set when you want GM to end each morning and when shopping etc etc 2018 SE SDV8 4.4 Byron Blue

New release today (2.9.1) seems to have cured the missing climate control.

My app now says the car is stolen. I can see it outside my house though. JLR customer services have opened a case; should I be reassured? They also sent me some instructions on how to sort it out…..

I'm assuming that, as I don't have the switch for Guardian mode, this wasn't an option on MY17
