The 2007 interior solved a lot of the issues that you mentioned |

Knocking when going over bumps is likely going to be a drop link although on one of our old L322's it was a track rod end.

Hi Conor. My car started pulling left when braking hard and it turned out to be one of the rear calipers seizing. Put some new ones on and it is pulling up nice and straight now. Worth checking? |

I considered doing video's but I just don't have the time or patience to video it or edit it afterwards.

Thanks Kevin - that's interesting.. I was probably going to focus on the fronts - in this case, i'll do all four.
Yea, editing overhead scares me - a lot. (07) 2007 3.6 TDV8 L322 - 135k miles. (05) 2006 MY Supercharged L322 - Zambezi Silver on Jet Black - 162k miles. ** Smiles per gallon - never forget ** |

Hello everybody...
There was also a mounting flange here, but the screw was seized so I needed to cut around it to get the cooler out.. I made up a bit of a template and the welder fixed up a new one. I marked and drilled it and the fit was perfect.
Below you can see the repair.. it looks a bit ugly, but I guess that is TIG, for which I have no experience - This welder is reputed to be great, and I believe aluminium is complex so that's how it goes.. The original connection was so bad, that the guy actually turned a new piece on the lathe. he included the notch as per original, but that wasn't needed so I filed it down.
Cooler repaired and installed.. fingers crossed it holds.
