I reckon that was filmed in the grounds of the NEC in Birmingham, I've seen lots of new Land Rovers stored there. These may well be the demo/showroom cars for the UK market or overseas awaiting shipment once the embargo is lifted next week.
But then I could be completely wrong Laughing

That’s taken at Solihull factory and possible the same day as I was there, images identical.

That's what I thought.

Out of interest Polarbear, where you there for a factory tour?

I'm still owed one, as they weren't doing them during Covid - Just thinking if that's why you were there, they must have re-introduced them. Would be interested to know?

I spoke to my dealer last week, and he said there was no update. I think I'm towards the top of the PHEV list (but who knows). 2024 Range Rover P550e AB

Yes I got an update today - Seems there is no update.

No PHEV's confirmed to build yet.

To be fair, from memory, I think JLR did originally say customers should start to receive delivery of PHEV's in the Autumn, so doubt we'll see anything at all before then.

TBH, I don't mind waiting a little while for delivery. With deciding on colour being somewhat tricky for me, and I think one or two others, I'll be happy to see a few on the road before finalising my build - Every cloud.........

I'm owed a factory tour as well. They said in May that it would be late 2021 but I haven't heard anything. Maybe I'll drop them an email Thumbs Up All LR cars from 1984

They look amazing, go like the proverbial but that’s about it 😂

They have have more electrical issues than a LR product, they continuously warn of impending doom when the weather gets below 0’C with everything flashing up - annoying when your wife is messaging you every cold morning
The range is rubbish - full electric is just not there yet, 2nd full electric car and won’t have another for a few years
They have that annoying tyre scrape that some cars have that are over wheeled

They are not the finished product-can’t wait for the RR 😱
Unusually for Porsche, the quality is just not there @£110k

But, mainly we “need” a Rangey 😂😂

YIKES...... That doesn't sound good.

I think you're right, having a combination of power is currently the best bet. Full electric is not there yet, although will no doubt come on quite a lot in the next few years.

I've only ever had petrol or diesel - Slightly off topic, but what are your thoughts on the Ferrari 296 GTB 7 CDB?

I'm not really a Super Car person but think it's a stunning car, so I'm tempted. Although I am a little bit nervous about the new tech.

Also, still undecided as to whether I could justify the price tag, although Ferrari residuals are usually strong (exc models like the Roma).

Would the new tech in there worry you 7CDB?

They look amazing but pricey ! Tech wise, I don’t think I could personally take it on. That and the fact that I’m too poor for one. I had a new Vantage as a toy for 18 months as a last foray into the petrol world……superb toy

I think if I could afford it, I would go 812 as a the last ever Ferrari V12 👍

I’ve just got a low mileage Ducati V4 Speciale to put in the house to look at for my fix 😂😂
