Any L405 off-road photos?

Lots of great shiny Cool L405 photos here, but does anyone have any good off-road shots of your L405 in the wild? Would be great to see some Smile FFRR SDV8 Autobiography

plenty of pics and videos if you google..

i think most here wouldnt dare go off road in their FF's because of how expensive they are....i know my wife would go ape if i did especially after my salisbury plain expedition in my now gone td6...
we had much mud in the engine compartment and many scratch's on the paintwork.. ... - .- -.

Some pictures from the Land Rover trip along the silk trail when the L405 was first introduced.
Here

Will not be taking mine off road again for me near future. Last time I took it off road at Salisbury, I busted a CV joint. The reason it broke was because the muppets at the garage that replaced the oil level sensor under warranty when I first got the car, could not get the driveshaft to release from the knuckle. So they had to take the whole suspension part off. What they did not tell me was that in their attempts, they split the CV boot and lost all of the grease. So, they bodged the CV boot with silicon sealant and did not replace the grease. Consequently I was driving on a dry CV joint.

Around this way we’d be grateful for some roads as smooth as that field! Laughing

I'll take that, Andy Thumbs Up

I've seen the Silk Road stuff, it's one of the things that helped me decide to move from a D4 to a FFRR, knowing it could 'do it if it had to'.

I think it's a shame not to get at least a bit tricky and make use of all that amazing engineering. Personally I'd avoid battling through gorse and branches and also rock crawling. Now COVID restrictions are ending I hope to resume some first aid / safety cover on events as that used to get me into rougher stuff in the D4. I do think I want to get a smaller wet of wheels with AT tyres to swap over though. FFRR SDV8 Autobiography

Rough shoot. Thumbs Up

I now have GG AT3 in 255-55-20 fitted for the winter months, as I came close to getting stuck a couple of times in the mud that winter
