Seems like a warranty from Warranty Wise etc is about £100 per month, which is very reasonable. I am in Durban at the moment and will make serious enquiries when I return in March

There is no sign of any rust on the cills/arches and I am not aware of anything else wrong with the car, only the one rear heated seat not working.

Looks like a lovely example. I am really tempted by this.
Can you shed any light on the MoT mileage discrepancy back in 2017, probably about the time your mate bought it? Its logged in km but still seems wrong. Maybe a tester havung a bad day?

I believe the MOT was done after a European road trip and I don't think the odometer was switched back to miles. The service book and invoices shows all mileage stamps in miles and they align with that MOT test mileage/km reading.
