Leaking fuel pressure test valve TDV8

Hi all,

As per title, the schrader valve in the photo below is leaking fuel. I just changed the EGR valves but can't work out why this would have started happening or how to fix it.

I did some searching but nothing much came up.

Can anyone offer any advice on how to fix it or if there could be an issue somewhere I need to be looking at, please?
