So I’m just about to acquire a 2010 tdv8 and plan on going off the beaten path. I live on the edge of the ldnp and have drive many lanes in my td5. So has anyone changed the wheel and tyres to a more aggressive tread and sidewall combo ? Anyone fitted a lift kit ?? Google bring up very little and mainly American!!! Thanks in advance

The LR homologated all terrain tyre for the 322 is the Goodyear Duratrac 255/55R19, you would need style 15 wheels to clear the later brake calipers. The speed rating is lower than that of the road tyres, I think 115mph. I used them as my winter wheels/tyres on my 2012 WM.

If you have only 20" wheels you could try the LR homologated tyre for the L405, Goodyear Duratrac 255/55R20. The car will be slightly higher and so less stable in higher speed changes of direction on road. These have a still lower speed rating, 99mph. They are my winter tyres on my 405.

I notified my insurers about using these. I'd never consider a lift kit. Only Range Rovers since 1988
