Transmission Fluid in Cabin

That last couple of times I’ve been into my garage, I’ve noticed the unmistakeable aroma of transmission fluid. Just back from a spin out in my FF and the aroma has permeated the cabin. I’ll have a crawl about underneath tomorrow, but guessing it’s p*ssing out from somewhere and sitting to be drawn into cabin. Garage floor is dry, but fluid is obviously leaking from somewhere. Any pointers?

My 2012 WM TDV8 leaked from the join between the engine and gearbox, but there were drips on the ground from the undertray and no smell in the cabin. LR replaced the gearbox under warranty as so much had leaked out. Only Range Rovers since 1988

Thanks for the heads up. Just had a quick crawl underneath and can’t see anything obvious, but I’ll take the undertrays off tomorrow for a better look. L405 2017 TDV6 AB
