Rear seats

Am looking for a car and I’ve noticed on some pics the rear recliners have one switch and on some it’s two, could someone tell me what the difference is? Cheers

What age cars are you looking at?

On the pre 2018 cars, I think there is just electric backrest recline or electric recline + lumbar support.

On the facelifted cars, the Vogue/SE have 2 way backrest recline (single switch) but the Autobiography with Executive Class Rear seats has adjustable seat base, recline, power headrests and lumbar support. You can then upgrade to comfort and comfort plus seats which add power shoulder support, calf rest etc. MY23 Panamera E-Hybrid

I'm pretty sure difference will be 4-way lumbar support on the Autobiography (round switch). MY23 Panamera E-Hybrid

does anyone know how much further back the seats go back from the normal position? is it just a couple of issues or is it a more significant 4-5 inches therefore making it more comfortable for a snooze. Wink

cheers

They don’t recline very far, in fact when I bought mine they were fully reclined and for a while I thought the recline function was broken.

I would say 10cm max from one limit to the other...

I’m assuming makes it quite a bit more comfortable for a snooze from normal position?

That would be logical, but due to the fact that the sitting area is flat (flatter than in the L322 anyway, in order to lower the roof) and low, it is actually more confortable to sit with the backrest as vertical as possible!
