Slight shudder under light acceleration

I thought I might have a slight misfire that sometimes happens on light acceleration at lower speeds, especially on windy mountain roads. Checked the iid and as there were no faults am assuming that it might be the TC shudder.

Last year the previous owner changed the gearbox oil and filter (no mega flush) and I'm thinking whether a full flush would be worth it or should I add a couple of tubes of Dr Tranny.

Car is a 3.6 v8 on 90k miles.
