Colour gallery - now with poll

I have an order in for a P510e - needless to say I have many months to refine the build before it is made, so have kept a note of the various colours when I find images or video of actual cars to help choose. Thought it might be useful to share - do feel free to add other colours and of course please correct any mistakes. Credit to 5.0, aja500 and many others who found some of these first in other threads.

Charante Grey over Caraway

Charante Grey over fabric

Hakuba Silver over Deep Garnet

Portofino Blue over Caraway

Batumi Gold over Perlino

Batumi Gold over fabric and Lantau Bronze over caraway

Belgravia Green over Caraway

Brilliant - thank you that’s really helpful

We ordered a PH510 AB Silver with deep red leather on Sat, deposited the slot last Oct. So, hopefully this year.

So far - so good…..

Do you mean the Hakuba Silver like the video linked to above? That looks beautiful! So beautiful I may change my choice to it - mine is Belgravia over Caraway at the moment. Which wheels did you choose? I note we can't have the 23 inch wheels on the PHEVs (not sure why - does anyone know?) - not that I crave large wheels but I do prefer the designs of the larger wheels so am a bit stuck!

When you figure the wheels out please let me know! Congratulations on your colour choice - I think it will look amazing.

Here is another colour for the thread - Ostuni Pearl White

Thanks Freddy Bear, I think this is a fantastic idea.

Choosing a paint is very difficult at this stage, so for all to share what they find is definitely helpful.

I am however keen to find more images / videos in natural outdoor light, rather than in showrooms, as this can dramatically change the appearance. A word of caution with the Hakuba Silver, I saw and shared the video above, and was all for changing my build having seen how stunning it looked, however, I found another image showing the colour outdoors (can't find it now), and I thought it actually looked really drab - Very different to the way it appears in the video above.

Likewise, initially I was going to go Sunset Gold with the First Edition matt finish, as it looked nice in many of the launch videos. This I think is actually a bit too gold for my liking.

Again, this good outdoor video below (with start up from 1.16) shows how it really looks in a natural outdoor light - For me it's just a bit too "Dubai" especially from 2.50 onwards:

aja 500, i think this is the silver one you mean which looks a bit drab:

I agree on the gold. It looks good under showroom lights or if you live in California, Florida, Dubai in the sun. I am not sure it works so well in the UK.

We should start seeing some press cars in the coming weeks which hopefully will be in some different colours from the launch ones and also in normal environments.

That's the one 5.0 Thumbs Up Thumbs Up

Hakuba is not a great shade of silver in my opinion. Much preferred the old Indus Silver, which seemed to have a brighter finish.

Yes, hopefully more will appear on the road soon. i was reliably informed that around 50 of the senior management at JLR were given L460's back in December, I'm surprised there haven't been more sightings.

The Royal Household is already using at least one of them.

Good point about seeing these in daylight aja500.

Until then here is another Portofino Blue over two tone:

Agree, great initiative Freddy Bear!

None of the dealers I've contacted have the colour-, leather- and finisher- samples for the new model yet, so it's a bit hard to land on the combo that fits ones personal taste.. We've currently spec'ed the P510e AB with Carpathian Grey with Perlino + Black Birch veneer (& clear glass, of course). But luckily the order isn't locked currently, so we have some time before the final colour/interior decision. Haven't seen any L460 in Carpathian/Perlino yet...
