Do you think? It starts to sag as soon as it starts to open, then the further it goes back the more it drops.

it sounds like something is sticking for some of the way until it gets to the end and then loosens up ...

Further looking at your pic... I'm guessing the roller must be sprung loaded and yours has jumped the spring? i would think the front bar is motorized which allows the rear to roll in and out against a spring??? |

Had a bit more of a look today and can see something is different on one side to the other. Took a couple of pics when the sun blind is fully open and the mechanism on one side seems to be sitting higher in the top rail. This also seems to be the side that doesn't sit right when it's closed.

Following my above post I decided to tackle this today. A pause for thought...........what if my assumption is wrong and its the other side thats seated incorrectly.

I know this is my problem but I may be getting somewhere. In the pics I posted of left and right side, the left pic shows a bar sticking up that looks a bit like a wiper blade.
