Help identifying wheel

Afternoon all,

Firstly excuse my ignorance, I've recently moved from the world of BMW.

Is anyone able to identify the attached wheel? It's advertised as a V2 Turbine but currently out of stock.

I like the original turbine wheel design but fancied something a little different without it looking too OTT.

Any other recommendations would be great. The car came with all black 22" which isn't to my liking so looking to retain the tyres and swap to new wheels.

(L405)

Thanks in advance
PS This site is so informative (and dangerous). I purchased the car telling myself I wouldn't touch it lol.
