United Kingdom 2008 Range Rover Vogue TDV8 Santorini Black
Newbie - first RR and it is FF!

Hello all, just wanted to say hi.

I've recently taken the plunge and purchased my first RR.

It is a 2008 TDV8 Vogue in black with tan leather, 112k with a very detailed service history. Very pleased indeed with it - love the power and the effortless driving position.

Planned things:
side steps (so my kids can climb in!)
nicer alloys
deep clean

Keen to dig through the forum to understand how people are streaming music from their phones (I have just put a lightening to 3.5mm adapter into the aux currently and that is working fine)

Also keen to try some intro off roading near me (Surrey Hills)

Welcome to the madhouse, I have recently acquired a 2007 tdv8 and just use an Aux cable from the back connected to my phone, you can also get a Bluetooth to 3.5mm phono adaptor which plugs into the rear cigarette lighter socket and aux plug pretty cheap. 2007 TDV8 VSE

Welcome!
The byways around Hindhead are pretty but make sure you know the legal routes etc.
Best join GLASS and then contact the Surrey Rep Thumbs Up
I'm just down the road and use the lanes around Petersfield in the summer...
If you need a good place for servicing/repairs then I use www.glenrands.co.uk. I've tried most and they're by far the best.

Welcome to the forum and FF ownership.
Bovee seems the preferred solution for music streaming (many helpful threads on this), although I use an Amazon Alexa auto plumbed into the aux socket, which works well for me.
For bolt-on goodies, replacements and enhancements, you can’t beat these guys at Powerful uk, who also have lots of helpful videos on their site:
