In a few weeks my car runs out of of the factory guarantee.

Sofar the car did 68.000km / 43.000 mls. Any costly items like diff or suspension,

maybe window fittings (leaks) to check as long as its covered ?

It may be useful to get an 'einde garantie keuring'. In the past I would have used the ANWB but I know they stopped that so perhaps use Dekra or Autocoach or Vak. Or even a 'aankoop keuring' and use what they find to get fixed under warranty.
