I got picked up in one to go to a Handover day, and it was very nice, but whether it's worth the extra money is debatable. The leg room is extensive and great if you're being chauffered or doing long journeys with family. All LR cars from 1984

I love the look of the LWB but already struggle to find modern parking spaces big enough to accommodate my swb l405. Have had my mate in the back of my car (6'8") and he commented on how much leg room there was so personally I wouldn't pay extra for a LWB. Saying that if one came up at a reasonable price I wouldn't say no Paul

Just my own opinion, but I do not care for the looks of LWB models. It looks like the rear seat space is incredibly comfortable, so if you use the rear seats a lot, I imagine the passengers would love it, but it looks like a "limousine" to me. I'll probably be taken to task by the LWB Owner's. They have also been a little more difficult to sell here in the US. |
