Anyone in the Dordogne/Haute Vienne region with IID tool?

Hi all,

I just wondered if there was anyone in the Dordogne/Haute Vienne region with an IID tool?

I am trying to buy one, but currently cant find a used one for sale, and would really appreciate getting my codes read.
