You could try your build sheet which you would get if you asked a parts department to supply you a copy via your VIN/ registration number. Duckworth LR parts have always been good and have supplied a build sheet upon request. However, it’s not that easy to work out from the build sheet IMO and any LR code on the build sheet might not actually mean anything to your chosen paint provider.
If you’re planning on using someone like furniture clinic (I’ve used them twice now, once with the RR and once with another car) the easiest way to help them get it right for you is to telephone or email them, discuss your requirements, maybe email them photos of the area you want to refurbish and then post to them a swatch of your leather or a piece of your leather interior. They will then colour match your supplied piece and will post you their product along with the return of your trim piece. In the case of the RR, I posted them a headrest. When they deliver your products and trim piece back to you, they supply you with their unique reference code based on the colour match they’ve done for you and in future, you just quote that code to them instead of having to send further swatches/ pieces of leather. They return trim pieces usually within 48 hours in my experience.
And a link to a post about the sort of results I’ve had with furniture clinic products:
