Connection

the connection circled I assume is straight to the battery (as its on the boot fuse box) so would this be a suitable place to connect a solar charger (instead of it sliding all over the dash top)?

I have got a CTEK lead permanently connected to that point and one of the nearby M6 bolts for the earth connection, that I regularly connect to for trickle charging.
