reset the average used fuel and see what mpg you get.. ... - .- -.

I have started using Fuelio and am logging the miles and the fuel put in. The only reason I mentioned the readout was because that was what alerted me, but as I said, it looks like I'm only going to get around 340-360 miles out of this tank, which I think looks low.

I’m only getting 400-420 miles to a tank and it’s driven gently- these are just big tanks and you just have to accept it won’t be much better 2009 (2010 MY) 5.0 Supercharged Autobiography

It's very easy to get 18 mpg average from a 3.6 if the weather is cold & journeys are short. The engine just doesn't get warm very fast.

Totally agree- I’m not much better then 22-23 over it’s life time and that’s mainly due to a 50/50 town/motorway stuff when it’s fully warm- I don’t really do short journeys in it- got the other half’s Q3 for that 2009 (2010 MY) 5.0 Supercharged Autobiography

I was only getting around d 18mpg in my 07 tdv8 around town, was about 28mpg on a good run keeping it steady. |
