Brake Lights on with ignition, HDC program unavailable

Good Morning All,
My RR has just started to show the HDC program unavailable when you turn on the ignition/start-up and the brake lights are permanently on.
This shows on my GAP IID tool (see images below) but clears and doesn't come back.
After searching the forum I can only see either the brake switch or possible LCM failure?
There is no water in the vehicle and the battery is new. I even put it on charge last night to recheck this morning.
Currently at 12.2 v and charging at 14.7v
Anybody, any ideas?

Big Cry Big Cry Big Cry
Thanks Stan.
I was kind of hoping for someone to give me a proverbial "magic-wand" solution!!
At least the brake switch and LCM are near each other for the strip out.. 2005 FFRR SC Java Black with Overfinch Exhaust (UK)
