I presume you have checked fuses 9, 4 and 53 on front fuse board and the links 3 and 4 each rated at 50A. |

Links 3 and 4 are to the right hand side of the fuses on the front fuse board. |

Pretty certain it will be caused by a faulty lighting control module. It’s easy to access from behind the panel at the right hand side of the accelerator pedal. They frequently give problems this time of year due to ingress of damp.

Sorry, just notice you are in the US. I was referring to a rhd UK car. In you case it may be to the right of the passenger footwell. |

In the UK there are several people advertising this repair service on eBay, so I would check there first. |
