Change the crankcase filter for the later BMW vortex type and fit an EGR removal kit from Allisport

The TD6 is pretty old school. The EGR can be physically removed. Mine was in the boot when I traded it.

I quite like that. Looks honest. Not been messed with. Still got the original 18 inch wheels. My TD6 was exactly like that, but with Ivory seats.

I don’t think it’s too much with prices being inflated at the moment with the chip shortage and the usual winter inflation on 4x4’s. Twelve months ago it would have been c£3/3.5k wouldn’t it?

Thanks to Tom for replying so quickly. The bottom outer arch/sill have some minor rust to them so I’ll pass this time but it will make a good TD6 for someone with right skills.

There is a replacement panel now, but it’s only the arch. Doesn’t go far along the sill, but better than nothing.

So £150 for the panels, about £300? For labour?? And what another £500 for paint and blending? |

That’s where they all seem to go eventually. My TD6 had a little hole above the plastic sill cover at 11 years old, and I’d tried to keep it clean.
