I’ll give them a call tomorrow. I’ve checked the website but may well have missed something. I’m not certain the groundworks underway would require planning (though future development would) |

Get on the phone to your local council planning team and ask them, anything that has been applied for and authorised is in the public domain.

As above any form of earth moving is classed as an engineering operation, even if its drainage, roads or bunds they still need permission from the Local Planning Authority.

I admire your faith in the local planning authority. My 30 years experience tells me they will move heaven on earth if you build 200mm taller or 300mm longer than you should or your neighbour is a Councillor. Do something drastic or potentially confrontational they will be nowhere to one seen.
