Hi guys,

Quick question. You can see the panel shown below.. on the other side (no pic) I poked it and there seems some insulation in there. It's like sound deadening.

It's a bit sorry looking now and also will likely be a problem come welding time.

Is it possible to remove it? Can I get access to remove by removing the lower bumper, or does it all come out via the inside?
