L405 Vogue DFP Red warning after long motorwa trip(no amber)

Hi, has anyone’s experienced a red DPF full (no amber) after driving 200miles on the motorway?
2017 3.0 L405 Vogue, 30,000 miles
Also wondering if I should get something to monitor the soot levels that can manually initiate a regeneration if I know I’m going on a long drive? (I don’t like the fact those values are hidden and re-Gen happens automatically because it looks like none are working as they should)
