Road speed indicator

I have a 2014 Vogue L405 SE.
Is it possible to have the satnav displaying what the current road speed limit is while driving along?
My wife has a Jaguar F-Pace and the satnav in her car does this, seemingly automatically.
Before anyone says so, I have looked in the owners manual but no luck there.
Thanks for any help.

Mine (2017) shows the speed limit on the speedo rather than satnav, but maybe it needs 'traffic sign recognition' which was an option in the 2015 brochure and seemed not to exist in the 2012 one. Maybe it was not available in 2014. Only Range Rovers since 1988

I did a friends, it was the interior mirror which was £80 off eBay and then a CCF edit to enable it on the car, it also enables the lane assist. Sold - Bell a 2015 MY16 Loire Blue Autobiography 4.4 SDV8

On his yes, you can fit the switch to toggle the lane assist off/on if required but it all works fine without it. We just followed the GAP instructions. Sold - Bell a 2015 MY16 Loire Blue Autobiography 4.4 SDV8

OK Thanks for the responses.
I don't think I'll be bothering to be honest.
I just thought it was maybe something I had missed in the existing setup.
It would have been a nice thing to have and not exactly "new technology" either.
I also have a 2008 Bentley Continental with this feature as standard.
