Headlight Bulb Change - Urgent Problem. Help Please.

So Trying to change the dip beam bulb. Bonnet is up.

How to remove the black plastic collar/bulb holder thingy from the old bulb please?

Tried wiggling, prising, pressing the two small tabs. Nothing seems to free it.

Urgent help appreciated. Cheers.

didnt realise you had it out...its a collar around the xenon bulb which un-clips... ... - .- -.
