A Trap 2010 Range Rover HSE TDV8 Atacama Sand
Coolant leak.

I started having coolant leak after changing the coolant.
Today i found a spot in front of the engine.

Hi Umitbat,
Have a look at the pipe that runs to the EGR cooler. I had a coolant leak, long before my Changeover valve problem and my indy mechanic traced the leak down to that pipe. He said it had perished so badly that it had 'turned to mush'. Replaced the pipe and no more coolant leaks.
BTW, got the new changeover valve fitted and the FFRR is now toasty warm. Did a wedding run for a friend of mine last week and she loved the RR experience, especially as I had my best suit on and a chauffeur's cap. It made her day!

Is it hard to access??
My changeover valve is working just after some sanding and cleaning too.

Think the egr cooler should be okay, but check the hoses to and from it. It's a bit of a sod to get at on a 4.4 TDV8, but not sure of its location on the 3.6 engine.
